Ornaments

About ten last night the kiln was still at 500 degrees. I was not happy with what I saw at that point. The glass colors just weren't right. I closed the kiln and thought they better look good in the morning or it's back to the cutting table.

Oooooo. what a difference a few hours make to glass. They have now cooled down and look great. I know which one is this year's ornament. The other will be tweaked a bit and probably be next year's.



Yay! Now the real fun begins. My kiln is such that I can only make 4 at a time. There will be probably 60 ornaments made in all with the time frame and other jobs to do. Get yours early!
